This would not include our management fee.
We don’t believe in holding your account hostage. If you have a Facebook Ads Manager account we will get access to that and build all of our accounts out of your own account that you own. If you need us to create a Business Manager account and ad account we can do that for you. If we ever break up (😩) we’ll remove ourselves and the campaigns stay with you.
